You should have a Master degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or healthcare discipline; preferably a minimum of 4 years monitoring experience in clinical research; be ready to travel at international level.
Customer Service is one of the key competencies in this role so you have to be familiar with “win/win” strategy.Successful candidate should also be able to communicate efficiently on different levels, be assertive and can work under pressure, have excellent time management and organizational skills. In addition candidate to have a team leading experience in the past and be tri-lingual Dutch – French - English.
