Clinical Data Manager
Manages all data for ongoing clinical trials from submitting RFPs to trial start-up to finalizing trial data. Oversees budgets and deadlines, metric reports, ongoing customer relations and bid defenses and supervises a trial’s data team.
Clinical Operation Manager
Manages all clinical staff by planning, assigning projects and directing clinical studies. Designs and oversees the implementation of project-specific procedures to ensure clinical study goals are met. Supervises work quality of clinical staff through regular reviews and evaluations and creates opportunities for growth and mentoring.
Clinical Research Associate
Manages and monitors clinical studies from site selection and initiation to closing site visits. Ensures studies are conducted in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, good clinical practice and regulatory requirements.
Clinical Study Manager
Leads and manages multiple project teams on regional and global clinical studies. Blends clinical expertise with customer engagement. Serves as a thought leader to effectively and efficiently bring solutions to our customers. Plans, assigns and directs project work. Leads and manages day-to-day operations for assigned project teams on regional and global clinical studies. May offer a combination of study management and scientific focus. Plans, assigns and directs work as well as designs and oversees the implementation of project-specific procedures.
Clinical Trial Assistant
Supports clinical project teams through report maintenance, documentation and other administrative functions. Maintains and manages data entry into designated clinical tracking systems to fulfill project requirements, including collecting information from clinical team members.
Consultant
Develops, implements and delivers consulting services to internal or external teams. Provides critical guidance to help ensure successful client engagements that exceed expectations.
Contract Analyst
Creates and executes the contracts process from verbal win to project close, which includes development, negotiation, budgeting and management of contracts. Collaborates with Operations and Business Development departments.
Financial Analyst
Manages financial records for numerous open projects at any given time. Ensures numbers align with customer contracts and business objectives so that projects are completed successfully.
HR Manager
Develops and implements HR programs for a geographic area or business line. Also provides expert consultation, support and advice to Quintiles leadership while leading a team of HR professionals.
Medical Science Liaison
Acts on behalf of our client’s medical affairs department, establishing professional relationships with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of product development, progressing the advancement of science and medicine.
Medical Technologist
Performs testing procedures during clinical trials to ensure specimen integrity, accuracy and consistency of results. Maintains compliance using standard operating procedure guidelines.
National Sales Manager
Manages a sales team across a country on behalf of a Quintiles client. Builds close client partnership. Oversees team budgets, profit and loss reports, and sales analysis.
Nurse Advisor/Clinical Educator
Meets with customers and healthcare providers to promote healthcare and disease management programs for better patient compliance.
Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Representative – Primary Care
Manages a sales territory and sells over-the-counter and prescription drugs to primary care physicians in office settings.
Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Representative – Specialty
Meets with medical specialists on behalf of a Quintiles client to promote products within a specific therapeutic area.
Pharmacovigilance Specialist
Manages patient safety of clinical trials. Prepares and reviews all safety guidelines, establishes workflow and procedural manuals, conducts safety training, manages reporting documents, adverse event case reports, personal data and safety databases, operates the Medical Safety Review Committee and coordinates with clients as necessary.
Project Manager
Oversees logistics and feasibility of domestic and international studies to ensure clinical operations are completed efficiently and cost effectively. Creates and tracks timelines and budgets, completes status reports and presents project information to internal teams and clients.
Project Manager (DSMA – Drug Safety and Medical Affairs)
Supports clients in the post-marketing phase of Phase IIIb and IV clinical projects. Works alongside the Project Coordination Center and other departments.
Project Manager Lab
Provides dedicated support and project management to all laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects, while guiding junior-level project management staff.
Project Research Coordinator
Supports clinical project teams through report maintenance and documentation, data entry, information retrieval and other administrative functions.
Proposal Developer
Supports Quintiles’ business development/sales team and reviews client requests for proposals. Develops project proposals and budgets to win new business.
QA Auditor
Plans, conducts and reports quality assurance audits. Ensures quality and compliance with regulations, guidelines and corporate policies of clients and Quintiles. Conducts independent audits of projects and processes.
Regional Sales Manager
Manages a region of District Sales Managers and Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. Supports the District Managers in sales and call metrics as well as recruiting, hiring, training and developing sales team.
Regulatory Affairs
Prepares and reviews regulatory submissions to support clinical trials and/or marketing activities for both internal and external clients. Provides regulatory strategy to support clinical trial and marketing authorization activities for internal and external clients.
Sales Manager
Manages and builds a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives. Conducts team meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training and development for sales team. Partners with Client Manager to optimize sales.
Service Desk Technician
Provides end-user service desk support to diagnose and resolve computer-related service requests. Works alongside other support teams to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
Site Start-Up Site ID Specialist
Identifies and partners with researchers to find clinical sites for new trials. Collaborates with legal, clinical and regulatory teams to secure authorization of contracts and ensures that site issues are resolved.
Statistical Programmer
Provides statistical oversight and expertise during Phase I-IV clinical trials. Codes data sets and establishes testing and documentation of statistical programs. Also develops tables, figures and listing summaries of trial data.
Statistical Scientist
Helps clients navigate through complex clinical trials to improve the quality of submissions. Manages budgets, resources and client interactions and represents Biostatistics on cross-functional project teams.
Trainer
Supports continuous improvement of leading-edge training practices. Develops and implements new learning and development programs and processes.
