Medical Science Liaison

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will act on behalf of our client’s medical affairs department, establishing professional relationships with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of product development, progressing the advancement of science and medicine.

Medical Science Liaisons are well-credentialed individuals who engage in the exchange of scientific data and sharing clinical information on a peer-to-peer basis. You are responsible for providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to health care customers and to internal business partners as required by business needs. Your scientific qualifications will enable you to establish solid relationships among local, regional and national thought leaders. You may interact with these leaders while performing a number of specialized services including:

• organizing advisory boards of physicians to discuss topics of mutual interest
• delivering formulary presentations for P&T review at hospitals and managed care organizations
• supporting investigator initiated trials
• attending conventions and symposia

Consider becoming a Medical Science Liaison if you have any of these degrees: PharmD, PhD , MD or DO.
