At our 2014 ANC, we discussed the evolution of the role of marketing researchers into strategic leaders. We now look to further enhance our roles by utilizing new data technologies and methodologies that can provide the deep insights needed for making key business decisions in a time and budget constrained environment. We must evolve our practices to meet the information needs for the changing healthcare environment. These information resources will fuel key strategic business decisions that optimize brand performance in the pharma, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, and allied health areas.
