Adrian McKemey, Ph.D., focused on business transformation, portfolio management, risk partnering, scenario planning and outsourcing strategies. His expertise is in analytics to identify and quantify concrete opportunities for more efficient and productive clinical development and the change management activities to realize the solutions.
In his time at Quintiles, Dr. McKemey has helped large pharma clients with business process reengineering and organizational change, along with new product R&D/Commercialization strategies. He has also worked with several PE firms focused on the life sciences industry.
Prior to working at Quintiles, Dr. McKemey was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working in the Health Care practice and the BCG Strategy Institute. Since 2000, he has helped biopharma clients optimize product R&D and commercialization through setting strategic direction, developing science policy, reengineering business processes and managing organizational change. Prior to BCG, Dr. McKemey was a particle physicist and a tenured faculty member at Brunel University in London. He consulted to pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies on commercializing research as a visiting professor at Stanford University. Dr. McKemey received his Ph.D. and B.S. from University of London.
