Dr. Uspenskaya-Cadoz is a Medical Advisor in Quintiles CNS Therapeutic Science & Strategy Unit. She is a board certified neurologist with 11 years of experience in clinical medicine and 8 years experience in clinical research.
Prior to joining Quintiles, Dr. Uspenskaya-Cadoz had investigator experience in neurology clinical trials, mainly in Alzheimer's disease, non-AD dementia, primary progressive aphasia, and age-related cognitive decline. Her further clinical expertise includes multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson's disease, pain, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and muscle diseases. During her clinical and research career she has held academic positions including research grants and lecturing on neurology topics. Dr. Uspenskaya-Cadoz has published in peer-reviewed clinical related journals, contributed to the chapters in neurology textbooks, and has presented at neurology conferences worldwide.
Dr. Uspenskaya-Cadoz completed her medical education as well residency in neurology at the First Moscow State Medical University, where she continues to serve as a clinical neurologist. In this role she was responsible for inpatient and outpatient management of patients with neurologic diseases. Subsequently, Dr. Uspenskaya-Cadoz completed a doctoral program in neurosciences at First Moscow State Medical University and Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich, Germany; and a post-doctoral fellowship at the University Hospital Pitié-Salpêtrière, Paris, France.
