Practice Area Head, Patient Support and Adherence

Rebecca is a healthcare communications specialist with over 16 years’ experience of working with patients, HCPs and caregivers to understand unmet needs, develop educational and support programs that measurably improve patients’ healthcare, and to execute these at a national, regional and global level. At Quintiles, Rebecca is responsible for the design and implementation of multichannel patient support and adherence communications programs. She leads a team of communications, behavioral, adult learning, creative and multichannel experts to deliver programs that deliver true value to patients, their caregivers and the HCP teams who treat them.

Rebecca’s experience spans public relations, where she has directed award-winning disease awareness and post-launch patient and HCP educational programs for products in influenza, pain, respiratory and rare diseases and medical education, where she has launched over 10 products to date. Rebecca also led the Communications team at Rethink, one of the UK’s largest patient organizations, prior to joining Quintiles.
