Broyles and her team are responsible for providing fair, balanced and objective scientific information and appropriate product education to health care professionals (HCPs) in compliance with all policies and regulations. Since then, Tonya has held a variety of increasingly senior roles within the Commercial North America organization. Before her current position, she oversaw a team of clinical trial educators who successfully worked with HCPs to recruit patients for a specialized diabetes phase III trial. Tonya is a co-author of a peer-reviewed article in the American Journal of Orthopsychiatry and has collaborated with colleagues on book chapters in Community Health Nursing and International Disaster Nursing.
Tonya received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees as well as her Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Tennessee.
