Frank Norman

Frank Norman has over 26 years of experience in strategic business and technology leadership with significant knowledge of the health care & life sciences, insurance, and banking industries. Frank's expertise includes business strategy formulation, business development, management and execution, M&A strategy and integration, and technology leadership.

In his tenure at ActiveHealth, Frank continues to broaden his responsibilities from his initial CIO role to his new strategy and International P&L leadership role. Frank’s strategy for ActiveHealth is to make the ActiveHealth clinical intelligence platform an integral part of major health care systems around the world. The strategy is gaining momentum and has become an important element of Aetna’s long-term strategy.

Prior to joining ActiveHealth in September 2006, Frank's experience includes a brief tenure at Aetna as head of information services strategy and M&A services. Prior to joining Aetna in December 2005, he was a partner in Diamond Consulting’s (now PwC) health care practice, and led the UK technology practice for Diamond out of its London office. Before joining Diamond in 2001, Frank was managing director of financial services for Capita Technologies, a private-equity financed e-business consulting company, and was a partner with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) prior to his role at Capita.

Frank holds a bachelor of arts in computer studies from Northwestern University.
