Innovex Conversation: Evidence Based Coaching
Like the first chart this is the coaching report for one individual against the loaded coaching categories/items, but this time just for the current month.
The four dashboard dials show how the salesperson is doing against each main coaching categories, which is then further broken down into individual coaching items beneath.
As with the first chart this provides management to each rep, with a simple overview of performance, identifying those areas where improvement is required enabling coaching to be properly targeted.
