Innovex Coversation: Coaching Support
Innovex uses their worldwide online coaching tool, Innovex Innsight, to support first line managers and reps in their coaching process.
This chart shows the last three coaching scores for one sales individual in one team for just one closely related set of KPIs for ‘Territory Activity’: call volume, call rates and field days. Other progress charts will show how the same individual is progressing for other coaching categories, such as ‘Selling Skills’.
Because the chart reveals the last three scores, it reveals both the progress made by the individual and those areas that need more work, providing the manager with all the information they need to focus their coaching.
