Sales force project scorecard

This chart is typical of a project involving many markets, enabling project performance oversight from the multi-country project level down to a single KPI.

Once a project is selected, each KPI can be viewed, both in overview and then month on month (see the bar chart).

The overview features traffic lights on the left hand side for an immediate impression of performance against each KPI, but also includes up and down arrows to indicate whether performance is improving or not.

In the bar chart, the specific KPI ‘target others, call volume’ is detailed so the client can see month-on-month actual performance versus target, as well as progress year to date.

The Innovex project manager can share this data with clients as the basis for regular meetings to discuss progress and tactics.
