Bob is a co-founder of Eidetics, and has over two decades of experience assessing commercial opportunities and creating product strategies for biopharma and medical device clients worldwide.
At Eidetics, Bob has helped a broad range of emerging and established healthcare clients maximize the value of individual products, therapeutic-area positions, and entire brand portfolios. Recent engagements have addressed challenges around: new-indications strategy for a monoclonal antibody, pricing for an oncology-specialty client’s initial product, and the launch plan for a regenerative biomaterial.
Bob holds a BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve University. Prior to Eidetics, Bob was founder and director of an advanced Neuroscience Research-Technology Laboratory at Harvard Medical School, and is the author of various professional articles.
