Client managed and controlled sales teams

The Client managed sales teams model means that we find the talent for your teams, train them and deploy them into your sales team. The difference it that you are responsible for the day-to-day performance management.

We spend a significant amount of time finding the appropriate candidates who can (a) do the job and (b) fit into your corporate climate. We provide flexibility by allowing you to utilize your own recruitment resources to find potential candidates, and with the approval of Quintiles, we add them to the team.

Sales training is based on an international sales module combined with time and territory management, and is done to your specific requirements. You provide product training.

Quintiles proprietary value added services such as electronic field force automation, InnSight KPI performance management, sales data management options and GPS Representative monitoring and tracking devices are not available in the client-managed option.
