Sales training is based on an international sales module combined with time and territory management, and is done to your specific requirements. You provide product training.
Performance management is controlled by a national sales manager assisted by an in-field sales coach. We utilise our international, proprietary, web-based sales coaching tool, InnSight to ensure that newly deployed reps reach peak performance in the shortest possible time.
All reps are issued a GPS controlled recorder showing their exact movements during the day. This eliminates inefficiencies and “ghost” calling.
Costs for these services are calculated once the project scope is finalized and the correct personnel are selected and assigned.
