Medical Representative Recruitment
Our proven recruitment process has been developed over 20 years to ensure that only the best qualified medical representatives (MRs) are selected for your projects. In Japan, we have developed our own psychometric testing adapted to the local population of potential candidates. Candidates must pass a strict screening and multiple-interview process to qualify for training as MRs.
MR Training Center — Quintiles Academy
We founded Japan’s first comprehensive pharmaceutical training center, the Quintiles Academy. In fact, we are the first outsourcing company operating in Japan to be granted a license from the Medical Representative Training Center. Our goal is to prepare inexperienced MRs for the rigorous MR certification. We specialize in Specialty MRs (i.e., oncology, CNS, etc.), Health Management Service (HMS), Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Pharmacy MR and Quintiles Diagnosis for Organizational Competency (Q-DOC).
We develop and produce MR training materials and courses for the Academy curricula. For some programs, courses are specifically tailored to the needs of our MRs in Japan. Our MR program includes:
