1. What is your educational background?
Bachelor – Physical Therapy
2. What did you do before you joined Quintiles?
I was a Physical Therapist working with disabled children.
3. How did you learn about Quintiles?
Via the internet.
4. In what position did you start and how did you reach the level that you are at right now?
I started as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) in the Quintiles traineeship. After that, I made several promotions; Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Senior CRA, Associate Clinical Team Lead, Associate Manager Clinical Operations and now Manager Clinical Operations.
5. What are your responsibilities as a Line Manager Clinical Operations?
As Line Manager I am responsible for the management of a group of CTAs and for the CTA resourcing.
6. What does a day as a Line Manager look like?
Every day is totally different. Attend meetings, answer questions, perform monthly face-to-face meetings, update documents and systems, provide training and much, much more.
