Clinical Team Leader

As a CTL, you are accountable for achieving delivery of milestones of the clinical component of the project in accordance with study objectives, budget and timelines. You are responsible for the maintenance of high quality deliverables in compliance with GCP and all applicable regulations.

You are responsible for forming the clinical team, planning and monitoring the tasks for the clinical team, ensuring that the needs of the clinical team and individuals are met. You also closely interact with other team leaders assigned to the study (such as Data Management, Statistics, Regulatory Affairs…) and departments (e.g. Quality Assurance)

Profile:

You should have a Master degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or healthcare discipline; preferably a minimum of 4 years monitoring experience in clinical research; be ready to travel at international level.

Competencies:

Customer Service is one of the key competencies in this role so you have to be familiar with “win/win” strategy.
Successful candidate should also be able to communicate efficiently on different levels, be assertive and can work under pressure, have excellent time management and organizational skills.
In addition candidate to have a team leading experience in the past and be tri-lingual Dutch – French - English.
