Quintiles Staff Services is an employment agency for companies in the pharmaceutical, health care, biotechnology and diagnostic sectors. We, manage the selection and the recruitment of professional profiles in the health sector. In particular, Quintiles Staff Services operates in the scientific information sector and seeks out the profiles of Medical Sales Representatives, with or without experience, as well as personnel with senior managerial skills (Area Managers, District Managers, Field Managers, Product Specialists, Key Account Managers, Field Medical Liaisons). We also seek clinical profiles such as Clinical Trial Assistants and Clinical Research Associates. A further area of interest is for Patient-centric Services and, in particular, the search for Clinical Educators and Nurse Advisors.

The employee is hired by Quintiles Staff Services but joins the organisation of the client company, which manages the resource from the operational and functional perspectives. 

What we offer personnel 

• Employment with a temporary or permanent contract. During the period of temporary employment, the conditions under the national collective contract for the category to which the client company belongs will be applied, in addition to any benefits recognized by the client company
