Goals:
1. General: To create career opportunities with added value, where attention is constantly focused on personal development.
2. For starters: To offer a basic training programme to enable the employee to come into his own potential in a relatively short period as a valued starting employee in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
3. For experienced employees: To offer a follow-up training programme where the employee can further develop and improve his or her various competencies and skills, e.g. “direct DMU complex sales” and “hospital development.”
