Commercial Services
Innovex UK, Quintiles’ commercialisation division, pioneered the concept of contract pharmaceutical sales teams in the United Kingdom more than 25 years ago. Now the world’s leading contract sales organization (CSO), we provide our pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device customers innovative sales solutions and quality sales teams with the flexibility needed in today’s marketplace.
We have recruited, trained and managed more sales representatives, front-line managers, nurse advisers and clinical educators than any other contract sales organization. Our experience spans virtually every therapeutic area, every type of product and every key pharmaceutical market worldwide.
Special Competencies of our UK CSO Programme
Beyond the standard Quintiles go-to-market solutions, Innovex UK offers these specialties.
Secondary Care Services
In recent years, portfolios have shifted from the primary care sector to specialist-driven markets such as oncology. Pharmaceutical companies are now asking for secondary care specialists. More than 40% of all UK hospital representative positions are now filled by Innovex and our sister company Royce. We’ve built more than 22 secondary or specialist teams in the UK alone. With direct access to the very best people and a broad range of integrated services, we can deliver against your objectives in both secondary and specialist care.
With 98% retention on our secondary care projects, we are best placed to attract and retain the right candidates whatever the size or focus of your project.
Nurse Advisers
A pioneer in nurse adviser programmes, we have developed, implemented and managed more than 50 nurse adviser programmes in the last five years. Our nurse advisers work with prescribers and healthcare teams on health-related initiatives sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. Examples including support for implementation of Health Improvement Programmes and education of patients and healthcare professionals. We employ only fully qualified, experienced nurses who are bound by their professional code of conduct (NMC) and the ABPI code of practice.
