The Project Coordination Center (PCC) offers a proactive support to sites helping them to meet their study milestones.
The PCC monitors called, Research Coordinators (RC), provide assistance to sites according to their needs in local language, which builds a professional and kind relationship with the investigators and study coordinators that positively impacts sites' performance. The PCC ensures data quality in timely manner through regular remote monitoring visits, structured and non-structured contacts with sites, staff training and quick query resolution.
Quintiles has two hubs in Latin America: they are placed in Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. Both hubs satisfy the remote monitoring needs for the region. The RCs have excellent levels of English, Spanish and Portuguese. Their professional backgrounds include:
