Site Start Up

We provide Site Start-Up Services as your proactive partner. Quintiles Argentina focuses on achieving milestone compliance, providing a defined working plan, communicating transparently and setting realistic expectations for site ID, approval timelines or subject enrollment.

When providing services to you, our role includes:

• close communication with clinical monitoring teammates to assess sites not only based on enrollment but also on performance quality
• translation and back-translation for critical documents needed in locals languages (i.e. Spanish and Portuguese)
• interaction with feasibility, clinical monitoring and medical departments to broaden the pool of potential sites and to help speed up the start-up process
