Quintiles Cares

As the global leader in pharmaceutical services, Quintiles is committed to supporting the communities in which our employees work and live

For 30 years, Quintiles employees have volunteered their time and resources to numerous and diverse community outreach programs, helping make a positive difference.

Quintiles Cares is a series of initiatives designed to support our communities

Focusing Our Resources
Based upon our values, our organization and our business, our corporate philanthropic efforts concentrate on three areas
  • Health and fitness.
  • Education in life sciences and biostatistics.
  • Women in science.
These three categories will act as our guide in choosing which organizations, events and ideals we will support.

Quintiles Community Grants
We understand there are many worthy causes in our local communities, and we have created the Quintiles Community Grants program to help! This program provides grants ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in support of initiatives that have a measurable, positive impact in the core areas listed above. Organizations seeking support from Quintiles should begin by completing the form located here, which helps us evaluate and prioritize the many requests we receive. Grant applications are reviewed quarterly, and awards will be announced in June and December.

Matching Gifts

Q&Me: Quintiles’ employees matching gifts program
In addition to our company initiatives, Quintiles works hard to support the causes and programs that are important to our employees through matching gifts. Under the Q&Me program, we match up to $500 in qualified individual contributions by U.S. employees annually (certain restrictions apply). We also sponsor a program that supports their volunteer work in the community. Based upon the number of hours an employee serves, we’ll provide donations of up to $150 in their name. Q&Me also includes a special team program for employees taking part in walks, runs and other group events. Program guidelines can be found here. Employees can access the program here.
