Quintiles Argentina Ranked Among the "50 Best Companies to Work For"

In keeping with workplace awards for other Quintiles regions around the world, Quintiles Argentina has been ranked 14th in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute’s "50 Best Companies to Work For," released at the end of 2008.

Quintiles Argentina was named a Great Place to Work following the results of the GPTW Institute’s annual survey of approximately 150 major companies in the country. In this year’s survey, Quintiles improved by eight positions over the 2007 results, securing the company its best ranking since the organization began participating in the surveys in 2004.

In 2008, 87% of Quintiles Argentina employees completed the GPTW survey and the results are a testament to the commitment, respect and appreciation felt by Quintiles employees in the region. Among Quintiles’ positive attributes cited by employees in Argentina were flexibility, work-life balance and opportunities to grow professionally.

Each year, the Great Places to Work Institute helps produce annual "Lists of Best Workplaces" in 30 countries around the world, gathering data from more than 3,000 companies.
