RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – October 12, 2015 – Quintiles today announced that it has been awarded the Society for Clinical Research Sites’ (SCRS) 2015 Clinical Research Organization (CRO) Eagle Award. Presented during the annual SCRS Site Solutions Summit, the award honors outstanding leadership, professionalism, integrity, passion and dedication when working with sites.

“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized for this award three years in a row,” said Jeanne Hecht, senior vice president and global head, Site & Patient Networks at Quintiles. “This award reflects Quintiles’ commitment to continually enhancing site relationships. I would like to thank our dedicated employees at Quintiles, as well as the talented individuals and teams with whom we work at investigator sites around the world. Together we have a relentless focus to accelerate the delivery of needed therapies to patients.”

“We are pleased to present the Eagle Award to Quintiles,” said SCRS President Christine Pierre. “The award reflects the opinions of investigative sites across the globe and is a true illustration of Quintiles’ dedication to partnering successfully with sites.”

Prior to the Site Solutions Summit, SCRS members, which are investigative sites, were invited to nominate the sponsor and CRO they believe best demonstrates partnership commitment. Additional award criteria also included: availability of qualified staff to support the sites, demonstration of collaboration, protocol design and execution, financial consideration, and partnering with sites for future work.
