The share repurchase program does not obligate the Company to acquire any particular amount of common stock, has no end date, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The timing and amount of repurchases are determined by the Company’s management based on a variety of factors such as the market price of the Company’s common stock, the Company’s corporate requirements, and overall market conditions.
