We are currently looking for Analysts to join our European practice, at our preferred locations of UK or Switzerland. PURPOSEProvide consulting support to achieve client expectations through the development, implementation, and delivery of consulting services. RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with development of research analysis plans, progress reports, technical reports, surveys, discussion guides, service dossiers or other consulting documents.Assist lead Consultant in delivering consulting services with clients.With guidance, perform data review and analysis.Provide input into proposals, as required and support to business development activities to secure work for the business unit.Keep abreast of current industry trends and application of new technology by reading appropriate literature, attending professional meetings, etc.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESGood verbal and written communication skillsGood customer service skillsStrong computer skills, including Statistical programs (e.g. SAS), spreadsheet programming (e.g. Visual Basic), decision analytical modeling, database mining and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work within a matrix team environmentAbility to accept direction of lead team membersAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsQualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Research, Life Sciences or relatedfield or equivalent combination of education, training and experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSExtensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speechExtensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingersRegular sitting for extended periods of timeTravel as required
