For 30 years, Quintiles employees have volunteered their time and resources to numerous and diverse community outreach programs, helping make a positive difference. Quintiles Cares is a series of initiatives designed to support our activities and programs in community outreach.

Focusing Our Resources

Based upon our values, our organization and our business, our corporate philanthropic efforts concentrate on three areas:

• Health & Fitness
• Education in Life Sciences & Biostatistics
• Women in Science

These three categories will act as our guide in choosing which organizations, events and ideals we will support.

Requests for Corporate Support

To respond to the large number of requests for assistance we receive, we have created a special process. Organizations seeking support from Quintiles should begin by completing the form located here, which helps us evaluate and prioritize the many requests we receive annually. We are most interested in supporting programs, initiatives or organizations that have a measurable, positive impact in the core areas listed above.

Q&Me: Quintiles’ Employees Matching Gifts Program

In addition to our company initiatives, Quintiles tries to support the causes and programs that are important to our employees through matching gifts. Under the Q&Me program, we match a total of $250 in qualified contributions per employee annually (certain restrictions apply). Do you already volunteer for a special organization? If you give them 10 hours of your time during the calendar year, we’ll send a $75 donation in your name. Complete program details and the necessary form for Q&Me requests are located here.
